Question about my graphics

should i push them to max or leave them on what the game sets them to when i start. The order goes

I have mine on all max. Runs just fine.

No offense but no one can really help you without knowing your pc specs, or at least a few examples of other games your pc can run.

It's really up to your own personal tastes, I'd say get it as high as possible without causing your game to have any graphic lag, game speed is more important than looks, if you're lagging you'll be doing less damage because all of your attacks and your run speed will be stunted by your game skipping frames, freezing up etc. ^^;

ive turned it up before i was just wondering if the game defaults to those levels. i can run most any game on high. including skyrim.

If you can run the game fine at 60-120 FPS on max settings, I see no reason to go below that.
