need help loading game

Everytime i try to load the game i get an error message saying
Phantasy Star Online 2 does not correspond to the OS of your computer.
I am computer dumb by the way so if anyone can help me with this problem step by step so i can play PSO2 I would be so happy. thank you so much whoever helps me

if you did already play the game on your PC, download AIDA's tweaker and use the fix permission function, follow the instructions in the popup
that, or the fixing exes function

where do you download that tweaker from

in aida's signature. I had the same problem you have. the tweaker will solve all your problems there

right now i got it to work with the tweaker but when i skip the cinematic video it just shows a black screen
