Sega ID Management

I've been wanting to change some info on my Sega ID account, and I've successfully logged in, but once it asks for my birthdate, name, or security question, I get stuck. It always says "I failed authentication. There is an error in the input content." no matter what I try. I know which question is the one I used, and I answered it as I remember typing it upon registration, but I can't get through. I don't remember the birth date I used, as it's apparently not my real birthdate, and name won't go through either. Any suggestions?

I'm currently having this problem... even though I use my real Birth Date... it still say that I got it wrong... even the name... kind of piss me off, and now I'm completely lock out of my ID for too many attempt... (they think I'm a hacker) -.-'
