My current RA is still lvl 55 but here's what my plan when I reach 65 (http://ryuhiroshi.funpic.de/pso2/skillcalc.php?06dNbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIk0jeb IoqnGKsN6JiGA000007b000008cBJdJ29Kl20000lb000009b0 00000lb0000000Ib000008)

My idea behind this build is to be able to dodge most attacks when I'm in a pinch of getting hit (either when casting satelite or doing other things) since RA doesn't have any dodge skill aside from Dive Roll.

Is this viable? Or you have other things in mind to suggest for optimal build?

Do you really use the dodge roll that often?

I like just reversal recover on Braver's tree, it's nice an convenient, but after playing it more I decided that I really don't even get hit much and will probably not put points into it again whenever they give us reset passes again.

I dunno man...

If it were me, I'd rather opt for Killing Bonus because often times, when I have WB loaded into the A.Rifle and spamming PA's, I'm often in desperate need of PP; Killing Bonus helps to remedy that PP problem somewhat... especially if you're using Diffuse Shell for mobbing.

Try this instead.

There's no way you need that many points in dive roll. Infact, you don't need any.

Dive Roll is going to suck regardless. Do go ahead and see if it helps you any, but keep a reset pass handy.

I'm not liking WHBB. Doesn't feel like it really helps raise PB much at all. I'd suggest a Ra/Hu tree with KB+FH (http://ryuhiroshi.funpic.de/pso2/skillcalc.php?06dNbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIk0jeb IoqnGKsN6JiGA000007b000009bJdJ2ielk2ibn0000lb00000 9b000000lb0000000Ib000008), which should be what's in the New Build Thread.

Killing Bonus really helps for PP regen, which means less downtime, which means better damage and deader enemies. First Hit won't always work, but for stuff like Satellite Cannon (the larger AoE from a shorter charge), Diffuse Shell, or most launcher PAs you'll get a very nice damage boost which could be enough to kill enemies in one shot.

You don't need more than one point in roll. That one point is mostly because it gets significantly better than none at all. As a rahu, you either want to kill things before they can retaliate, or position yourself such that you are safe. More often than not, whenever you're getting hit, it's going to be because you didn't notice it or couldn't react in time, so those 9 extra points will be wasted anyway.

Max killing bonus.

Maybe I'm too attached to BR and GU for their dodges but I guess I need to learn more about positioning as RA.

I still have 2 skill tree passes but I already put 5 skill trees on RA, and only used 3 so far. So I have that extra 2 to play around before reaching 65.

Hmm so that First Hit actually have some uses? I will give it a try.

There are things that often times I need to have that invincibility frame installed into my Dive Roll when I'm facing things like Banther or SH King Vader (the initial laser cannon thats almost impossible to avoid). And since I'm playing solo most of the time, this pretty much troubles me.

For Vardha, you could just bring a pair of all-class mechs to dodge his initial laser with SRoll. Annoying, but it would be easy to dodge that crap.

Some B20 mook who comes here to troll or something.

I wonder if he's a real autism or what because all the posts of his that I've come across are all the same shit. There's not even a slightest sign of wisdom in it.

Well that aside, I've tested putting in 10 points into Dive Roll just to see how it works out.

I guess you were right that it's not really significant in my performance and I still get hit here and there after rolling so better put points into more damage and just work myself to position better.

Good thing I have GM so I can use it in need for emergency dodging.
