Hi guys, i searched now a lot about Braver and need some advice on my tree and mag.

First question: I skilled everything i thing its important for katana braver and in the hunter tree everything to push strike dam, is it a good viable build?

Second question: As you can see in the link, i will go male dewman and i wanted to know if a 155 s-atk and 20dex mag is good for it? with that, i can equip every katana weapon (s-atk or dex) i found on cirnopedia. 708 s-atk and 451 dex will be the stats at max lvl. or is a pure s-atk / pure dex mag the better choice?

Third question: If the mag is viable with 155 s-atk / 20 dex, i can choose to evolve it in leo or delphynus, which one is better for katana braver?

1. Just Reversal recover isn't necessary. It's a nice bonus, given you can actually recover. But it won't save you from being juggled or flinched to death.

Snatch step deals negligible damage (I think my human does 800 per hit), but imo, it does more harm than good (it's quite easy to detonate barrels...).

Fury critical is a waste of SP, it's a negligible bonus. Crits aren't really noticeable, since they only force your max damage (which is marginally higher than your average).

You are going to need Partizan when you do tacos or TA, mainly TA to kill some stuff faster with Assault Buster or Sacred Skewer. Partizan gear boosts the AoE of both and the damage of Sacred Skewer. 1 SP for this isn't a waste.

Do you plan to main Braver? You might want to get a Susano/Bio Katana to switch to HuBr for a 66 S-atk bonus, 30 from class bonus, 36 from Rare Mastery Hunter.

2. Dex isn't necessary if you plan to use Katanas, given your character is a female deuman. You can equip everything you'd want except craft Karizicma without double stat nerf. You're better off getting more S-Atk.

3. As any class (except FiHu who want to solo Nab II), the best mag device is Ketos Proi. Restores PP to yourself and anyone who gets caught by the blue aura of your mag. It allows you to keep attacking when you normally would have to stop and use normals to recover PP, or spam dashing PAs (assault buster/asagiri) to travel faster.

You don't need Criticals in either Fury Tree or Average Stance.
You also don't need snatch step or just reversal recovery.
People also opt out from KC JA getting maxed.
And if you're a dewman you'll have plenty of DEX, so pure S-ATK mag will be the best, though it is a lot of work.

My builds built towards stacking as much S-ATK as I can, maining hunter. I go step attack in Braver tree so I can grab Rare Mastery Hunter as I use a Susano, and will later switch to Bio Katana. Partizan gear and WL gear are also nice so thats a bonus. In my Braver tree I ditched maxing KC JA to make room for max S-ATK tree.

Why would you give up 6% damage during KC for 6s of invul.? Very rarely does anyone use the full 20s if you're decently geared.

Also, 14 secs inv is enough for Combat Escape.
