Ship2 on PS Vita version

I have PSO2 for the PC and PS Vita. Im on Ship 2 and on PC all the English players play on B20. However I cant go to B20 on the PS Vita and was wondering which Block, I would be able to find all the English players on the PS Vita version

There are a number of people around blocks 218 to 220 as well. Just remember that the 200 blocks are shared PC/Vita blocks and 100 blocks are Vita only.
