GC: Need Help with a RaCast & weapons

ok, here's my situation
I'm playing GC PSO, not gettign into detaisl ,but I can only play offline mode for the time being, I've got a level 23 racas,t with mid 90's BASE ATA. and yet when I goto shops, I see notihng but Mechgun, Rifle & Handgun. my friend that I paly with is playing HuCast, and SEVERELY overpowering me. I realize that Saber/sword/melee in general is always going to be more powerful lthen ranged., howeve,r the handgun & rifle are like starting a equipment, shouldn'y I have acess to somthing new by level 23? I've done all the quests avalible to me, and I have beaten the Caves, boss & started palying in the mine,s still nothign better than a Rifle +3 has come my way....ever.... I'm Redia if that helps.

have I done somthign wrong, missed some important factor? I'd REALLY like to get my hands on anythign better than a basic rifle, but jsut cant seem to find any, PLEASE HELP??

Well in normal mode is like that. You go with basic stuff. But man Im RAcast too and at lv 23 I beated ep1 offline and was going to central control area from ep2 but gal gryphon kicked my ass hehe

You'll start finding some better stuff when you get into higher difficulties. Also, your shops will upgrade what they sell at level 26, at which time you'll be able to buy slightly better gear. If both of you are level 20+ you can play Hard mode in offline multi-player in which case you'll face tougher enemies, but also gain more experience and find better items.

As for the broadband adapter, visit Nintendo's official website and go to their shop. They usually have them in stock for $35 + $5 S&H (US dollars).

Hucasts overpower everybody, at least when it comes to ATP. Your section ID may be the problem. Redria is known as a Hunter ID. You will probably want Greenil, which finds rifles as well as Frozen Shooters and Spread Needles. Purplenum seems to be decent because it should find plenty of mechguns, and mechguns end up being some of the best weapons in the game. I think they're the only ID to find Yasminkov 9000s, which compete with Guld Millas and Charge Vulcans for being the best mechguns a Ranger could want.

It's no problem man. You should be able to find some better stuff soon. Your shop upgrades around level 25 or 26 i believe. As for your section ID I'd probably stick with Redria if you plan on getting online anytime soon. Redria finds some of the best tradeables for online. Also they are the only ones (I believe) that find god/battle.
