She's sliding her mouse like she's turning another direction, however, this can't be the case, due to her clearly being locked on to something.
Ultimate skill? Please. You have two things on your subpalette, on different sides of the keyboard, where none of your fingers currently are.
The best guess I can make is that she's using a bow, or a talis. Either way, she's being useless.

Also she has three things on her subpallet. (Monomate [1], ?Moon Atomizer? [9], and Telepipe [0]) I'm not sure about you, but I don't need my fingers on those buttons 100% of the time.
But yeah, give her a break! Earlier in the episode you can clearly see that she's level 3.
She's a newbie who just began her PSO2 adventure, we were all there at one time!

I used to always have 3 things in my subpalette. XD Actually, I only ever use 3 things in my current subpalette even, well items at least.
When I got my skills I use those too now. If she's lv 3, it's completely understandable, though.
