error while playing game and running another application in admin mode

so im playing the game and start another application in admin mode and the game crashes with this error

can someone tell me what this says and how to fix it D:

P.S. the game is pso2 using tweaker

also my graphics driver is up to date >.> so that cant be the issue

but someone else told me that didnt happen to them so it must be my computer then
