Error occurred during Player ID name registration. Try again later. Error code [23

Hey everyone, I am just trying to start this game and I get this every time I try to register my player ID Name I get this error. I didn't see anything in the forums about how to resolve this nor can I find anything online elsewhere. I have tried about 30 different names and been trying for over a week but I cannot get passed this step. If someone could help me out I would really appreciate it.

I think I finally solved it. It looks like you cannot have your SegaID appear anywhere in your Player ID Name. IF you get this error that may be your problem.
