Character eye/hair color appears darker ingame than in dressing room

any ideas on how to fix this/what to change for the graphics?

Nothings wrong, it's the difference between the salon's lighting and lobby's lighting.

all of my shadows are turned off though I think but it still looks slightly off

are you sure?

Yes, both salon and lobby uses different lighting so looks will look a bit different regardless of settings.
