Find some dedicated people and it won't take that long. Take names and ask questions later. In fact instead of hiring people, I think they should try to round up volunteers to help patrol PSO. While some bad people may get in, it'll save ST money and that means they won't go up on any fees we pay. Just a thought. I'd put in an app to volunteer to fwap idiots into oblivion on there.
