I'm rather surprised that they actually figured out that they have a problem. For those of you who have been corrupted I suggest you send Sega your info to help them (gasp!) fix this bug. Thanks and see ya.

The dude who replied must be laughing in your face. Sorry, but I'm against your petition. Save your hope for something else.

FSODX? SEGA/ST caring? What is this, a soap opera?

I severely doubt this email is pushing any action towards your petition...this feels like and probably is...a form letter of some sort. I wouldn't put too much hope or stock into this. At all.

On the bright side, this Edward Ford does sound like a nice guy!
