on the very last quest mission there is a wall that, on the map, says has a door in it, but when u play the lvl normally the map says the wall doesnt have a door, is this just a glitch in the game or is there actually a door there w/a little secret 2 opening

The door is there to keep you from going a TOTALLY wrong way. You'd head towards Dark Falz if that door was open. That's why it's blocked by rubble.
