What means yellow symbol near icon of the weapon?
And I can't use it, its like "hot" in my Items.

Uhm it means that you can't trade it.
Also you should check the requirements next time you extend a weapon.
You are missing 40 S-Atk now.

Get a new weapon. Level up ~10 times. Your choice. I'd advise both.
