ntdll.dll error crashes game!

Hey guys, im in serious need for help. Here's the deal, i've been trying to play PSO2 but as soon as gameguard finish the update i get this little error:

aparently its an error with ntdll.dll and i have no clue how to fix it! I already tried everything in the suggested troubleshooting, i used tweaker with all the troubleshooting steps, have not installed any patch besides the oficial ones, and i tried reinstalling and re-downloading with tweaker (the first download was from somewhere else), i updated the video drivers too, checked the permisions and nothing, the game just crashes as soon as gameguard finish its stuff. I really have no idea what to do, i tried to replace the ntdll.dll file with a downloaded one but it didn't work either, so im really in a blank here, googling has led me to 1 other person having this problem but no solution at hand.

As for my specifications, i have Windows 7 64 bits and a computer more than able to handle the game, tell me if you need more info please. Below is the full error message seen in the picture, its in spanish but i think its clear enough to understand. Please help! i want to play the game so bad and its imposible so far =(

Update: i seem to have found the problem (kind of), it seems it has to do with my OS being 64 bits. I actually installed windows 7 32 bits in another partition and now i have a different set of problems im working on x_X but if someone can help me try to fix this in the 64 bit windows, i would inmensely appreciate it, as its a real inconvenience to change to another windows every time i want to play (well... i can't play yet tecnically)
