Had to reinstall PSO2, now I can't update

So I had an Error No.7 when trying to run PSO2 this morning. No way out of it, so I uninstalled, ran CCleaner and reinstalled. Now I can't seem to be able to update the game, it keeps failing before reaching half the progress. Now I use the official PSO2 Launcher for this since the English Tweaker was never able to patch the game for me in the past.

Does SEGA host a manual patch on their site or FTP that I can just download and install?
