I leave the mods here the decision on which Ship PSOW should take....by the way as expected everyone is on Apatite for now.

Just ran em through Google's language translator. No luck in French, Italian, German, Portugese, or Spanish.

What Fate said. I taught some sixth graders over the summer about this stuff. I'm still not sure what the GC names have to do with anything though. Most perplexing. And How come GC only gets fours ships? Besides the fact that GC doesn't sell well in US. (Though last month Nintendo's sales beat all other systems, yay!!!!!)

Couldnt they just name them astral signs or somenthing... or by Famous rivers.. SOMENTHING besides that... jeez i cant even pronounce some of them....

Since Microsoft is about the Bling Bling, Sonic Team chose jewels as ship names, perhaps?^_^

I'm still not sure what the GC names have to do with anything though.

ST picks a theme of something and sticks to it. Obviously for the XBox are gemstones. The GameCube's ships are named after stars. What really tipped me off to investigate not long after it came out was the familiarity of the name "Vega". If you read or watched the movie Contact, it'll be familiar to you too. Wasn't sure if it was real or not, but it is. Try checking out the names on Google. They're stars. I actually like the Stars names as GC ships.

In portuguese these names finishing with "A", "Celeste" in my language it's something like Sky.

He he sorry for the bad english... I'm waiting for my PSO come to Brazil... maybe it'll arrive at 28.04.
