pso2 won t install

Hello im trying to get my sister's computer to install the game, she has windows 8.1 every time we try to install it. It says it has trouble copying some files i tried running it under administrator, still no dice is there a fix for this?

The installer from arks layer i think its the bit torrent download.

apparently it says source file corrupted, she has really bad internet, must of been her connection we dont live in the same sate. I try ed to get a screen shot from her, but she just rage quit on me and whats nothing to do with this game. Im guessing the first time we did it from the tweaker.
She installed it and everything but at that time it took her 2 days to patch it only to have it say download failed.
