I know it's a matter board item, but I have no idea which matter board and what the requirements are.

It's on matter board 16, you've got a long, long road ahead of you if you havn't started on them yet.

You literally have to go through the whole MB16 to reach it, then kill about 20 ringhadas to get it.

Fortunately newer matter boards (episode 2) aren't as annoying and long as old ones.
