Yes, Fury stance (and the related fury skills) affect any non tech based damage. It's worth mentioning that a few of Gunner's PAs deal striking damage as well though so those hit will get the full +25% bonus.

That's only for main skill. You should account all Ups and JA bonuses, then number will be pretty large.

Percentage damage modifiers work after the defense is substracted. It's the "final damage" multiplier.

Fury Stance increases ranged damage by up to 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.2 = a 59.7% increase in damage dealt. Not as good as what melee damage gets (81.5%), but still really good.
