If you want a 195 POW or MIND mag you need a rare mag. Check the feeding charts and feed it whatever just takes up that stat.

ALso there is a hacked 200 MIND mag out there, but please dont support the hacking.

This is a guide to obtain the highest Mind, Pow, or Dex mag in the game. That is non-hacked non-rare mags.

If you don't have a MAG cell to make a Mark III MAG, you're not going to be able to make a 195 stat MAG. The best you can get with just a basic MAG is documented at the following addy...
