Level 30 Disks..

I swear I've been doing Ultimate Ruins and Seabed for DAYS now and I haven't seen a single level 30 Disk, I haven't even seen a single DISK of any level the last 4 times I went through. Why are they hiding from me? What am I doing wrong ;-;

The possibility to get lvl 30 techs are so slim if nonexistent (；￣Д￣） except for the usual suspects Resta, Zalure ect & it takes years to get them (not days) if you ever get them.

Progress is being made, I farmed Ruins for a little bit now and I got 29 Gizonde, 28 Barta, 29 Deband and finally a level 30 Jellen, but I already have it since someone I know was nice enough to give me theirs.

Different disks drop in different areas.

They detail the highest level you will find for each area+difficulty for each tech as well as drop %s.

I'd say the only downfall to this guide is that it doesn't list some of the lower stuff. Like Ultimate Forest 1 & 2 which list the support techs as 16 and 18, but doesn't detail 14, 15 or 17's drops (whereas I've seen level 15 disks drop there).

Well after some more time I got
4 Spread Needles
2 Red Mechguns
Too many Scorpios
A Bringers Right Arm
and 4 OMG I GOT A PSYCHO WAND!!.. oh wait its just a photon drop.
