Help PVE skill tree/mag build FO/TE lvl 40 lvl cap

Hi, i just created a new character trying to make it a FO/TE.. I was browsing the forums but the link to the skill tree builds posted wouldnt open up on my browser for some reason. I need your insights on how to build a PVE FO/TE and also a mag for it. Thank you.
