Error 107 or Error 249

hello and i need some help, i live in Canada and i keep getting Error 107 or if i use the PSO 2 Tweaker and try to log in i get Error 249 I'm not sure how to get rid of it since the DDOS thing is over

majority of foreigners still cant connect. either use vpn, aws ssh tunneling or just wait and hope we will be able to normally connect one day.
