Unable to connect to pso2.jp website

I've been reading all over the place about VPN and all sorts of crap we can do to fix the website, but I want to make sure because I feel rather uncertain.

Anyone with full knowledge know why I can not connect to the website at all?

Internet Backbone says no. Until it's fixed, you'll have to VPN. Dunno how long it's supposed to take. I miss playing myself and VPN connection dies before I can even kill anything in quest. It sucks.
