Concentrated or ice fang Ilbarta?

Topic , started using ice fang when my force wasn't as high level just to stack up all the damage I could . Now that i'm 70 I'm thinking that having that cast reduction might be better to spam it . Is it?

Concentrated is much better than Ice Fang(Especially if you have a lv3 recipe of concentrated Il barta), The better on building more powerful Il barta, Thou Ice Fang is not a bad choice unless you have Elysion.

I think Con Ilb is better, though Ilb is getting nerfed for Ep3, so idk which will be better post nerf.
