I am getting an error when I try to transfer devices. The error happens after I put in the code from my old device and submit it. I'm trying to switch from using bluestacks to a samsung galaxy tab 3 7.0 .

got around the error message by fully loging out of PSO2es on Blue stacks and signing in by ship on the Galaxy Tab 3 with the Blue Sega ID icon where you put your name password then OTP password when prompted. Then putting your Transfer ID in. Posting cause there is no real search results google or forums for this error code.
