Major proxifier lag

I couldn't find a solution on reddit, so i'm seeing if anyone else can help me. Proxifier tends to make me lag a LOT more than proxy cap, and its extremely frustrating. I don't even have that many rules enabled, and I get lots of lag in my pso 2 game. And if I wanted to disable Proxifier to reduce lag, I would get 630'd from in the middle of the quest! Its really aggravating.
