Error 107.Again. [Archive]

I've been able to connect both in-game & website normally since July.After the EP3 patch I've been getting 107's & can't reach the website.So,VPN or try again later?

I was just playing, and suddenly I got disconnected after completing a mission. Now I'm getting Error no.249. My ISP is Time Warner, one of the few that was connecting.

So it's not just me then. I also have TWC in SoCal and around 12:37 AM, I got a 630 and now the game and website don't seem to exist anymore.

Since an hour ago I've been getting 107.Now I'm getting 103.What the hell happened again.

Exactly same happened to me... Contacted my ISP support, they said block isnt from their side.

Exactly same happened to me... Contacted my ISP support, they said block isnt from their side.Since there are people who claim normal conctivity,it's not a block.Also if this (http://www.businessinsider.com/timewarner-down-2014-8?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+businessinsider+%28Business+I nsider%29) gets dealt with, we might be able to reconnect.
