i'm stickin with the nintendo version because of the reliability i've had with nintendo in the past. plus it's always a bonus to be able to play with people from other countries

GC for me because I have a GC already, and I don't really feel like buying an XBox. Plus, one big reason I don't want XBox is (most people would probably find this really stupid) is because of the controller, I hate it, and I love the GC controller.

perhaps because the corruptions arn't as frequent as the xbox version? also the fact that you can play with ALL your internet pals.. not just the ones that live in your backyard...

Fsod's you mean, and you only lose meseta when you fsod, not your chara. the corrupt still happens if you power off while saveing

For one, I would be up at insane hours screaming at people that aren't there (in the room) and my parents would never get used to it...

So I'll stick with my GameBox (as my dad calls it).

maybe if you tried the voice chat you'd actually under stand that its really great. i say not that i couldn't go back to typeing. unless i make a female chara, which i could still do in the xbox.

but if you dont have an Xbox, you should stay with the gamecube version

That's not to say both versions aren't great. I am sure they are, this is most likely one of, if not the best console game ever made.

I'd go with xbox if I already had an xlive account setup. I'd go pc if I didn't have to import it, cuz my machine is a beast and can outperform any console system. Then again, pso-gcn already has a huge user base and should make finding friends and leveling up go smooother =).

Game cube cos ive just git into it and i don't have the time to start again on x-box and i think that the voice comm would be miss used with some users e.g swearing their head off.

Xbox. I managed to avoid buying the cube version (I have every system anyway) just because I knew at the very least the XBL version would have voice and the requisite audio/video improvements.
People ragging on voice..you sound really ignorant and foolish, you have the ability to mute anyone you want, FOREVER, accross ALL games, at any time. Using a keyboard has never been that great for PSO, except in lobbies where it's still good.

Whoa Bud don't be so quick on the assumption wagon. No one here was bashing the voice feature. I'm sure is delightfull, just not our cup of tea mate.

I have had GCN and now have the XBOX one an I for one am alot happier. Voice Support is awesome and if you want you can get the KB adapter for only $6.95. At least on day one you can use voice though.
