5 slot affix help

How would I go about doing the following 5 slot affix:

Power 3
Quartz Soul
Ability 3
Stamina Boost
Power Boost

What should my target and materials have on them? And roughly how much will this cost?

I wouldn't really recommend extra slot for ability 3, as chance gets reduced below the normal 90% and the fodders would be fairly complicated to make, since you need to add shoot and tech into the mix. You can't have two boosts on one item, but if you want stamina III instead of stamina boost, you can use this setup:

Chances are for boost week. The base should be made by affixing power and stamina first with a Power/Stamina/x/x/x fodder (cheap and easy to find) and a Snow soul/x/x/x/x (cheaper than vol), then add your quartz soul after.

Fodder 1 and 2 are just made with 2 quartz souls + shoot or tech. No way to make this 100%, you'll just have to risk it for the biscuit with some boosters.

Total cost should be under 10m, with most of it being in the power boost. You will need excubes to get the 30% booster for the final affix too.
