FPS Lag

So has anyone had the game running smoothly and then at some point, suddenly watch their fps drop for some reason? My PC runs it fine and then around 20-30 min it, it suddenly lags. Even when I restart the game its still lagging. When I completely turn off the PC and turn it back on, the game runs smoothly but the fps eventually drops again. I've tried numerous things such as updating the client and reinstalling but even with all that, I still get lag. Does anyone have an idea of what to do?

(I should point out that the opening intro runs at full fps even when the rest of the game isn't.)

Intel HD Graphics 4400
6 GB Ram

Sounds like your cpu is throttling down since you're using integrated graphics and thats part of the chipset on laptops, also thats a movie and its gonna play at full speed compared to the game on your current hardware.

I thought it was because of the gpu. Should I get a dedicated gpu to install into the computer?
