HP buff with Deband?

Hi. I have a free partner who is able to increase max HP with Deband, but I can't figure out if it's from a skill or crafting or a special weapon. Does anyone know? I would love to be able to do that, but don't really know how.

I'm currently a Force/Techer using a Dagash talis, if that helps.

It's a techer skill called Deband Toughness.

techer main skill only when a player uses it, i think FPs are currently glitched so they can use it with te as a sub.

Also, you must be a Techer main for Deband Toughness and Shifta Strike to take effect
