Having trouble with the OTP sign in

So I recently registered for a OTP. The problem is every time I try to sign in with the password I get in SecureOTP, it gives me an error, which I assume means I gave the wrong password. To clarify I'm using the app in bluestacks, so maybe it's related to that?

Edit: Forgot to mention, the error is 698

It just means that the OTP code you used was expired try refreshing your OTP code.
