I recently spoke to a few of the customer reps at xbox.com about them offering a page that would inform US PSOX players of upcoming quests, server maintainces, etc outside of the non-specific Live calander. I was told it was a good idea, however, there would have to be a fair amount of support for it before they'd do it.
What can you do? Simple.
Go to http://www.xbox.com/support/contactus.htm
Select "Xbox.com Website Feedback" as your Catergory
Select "Comment On A Game" as your Topic
Hit Next
Enter your email address and a short email explaining that you would like to see a page for server maintainces for Phantasy Star Online Episodes I and II. Then hit submit and its on its way.
