Site loads for me. Here's the direct link to the guide. Did it myself a few weeks ago!

I don't know if Bumped.org was down a few hours ago or not but it's up for me.

Here's the Link to the OTP (http://www.bumped.org/psublog/otp-one-time-password-registration-guide-for-pso2/) Registration Guide.

but if you really can't access their site here's what I did to register for OTP.

Step 1. Download SecureOTP (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.secureotp) for Android.

Step 2. Login to the One-Time Coupon (https://ssl.pso2.jp/players/security/onetime/coupon/) Page.

Step 3. Make an account at SecureOTP(You can refer to Bumped.org if you can't understand this part.)

Step 4. Go back to the One-Time Coupon Site, and press the クーポンコードを発行する at the One-Time Coupon site. (It's the Blue Button).

It'll return a String of characters, that is your "Coupon Code".

Step 5. Type in the Coupon Code into the SecureOTP application.
(Once you successfully registered at SecureOTP you'll see your OTP Password, your nickname and your Serial Number.)

Step 6. Copy your Serial Number onto the One-Time Coupon site.

At the first part is where you copy the Serial Number below it is your SecureOTP password. Note: OTP Passwords are only good for 1min--or less so I suggest you press the refresh button beside the Password Field to get a new password.

NOTE: you'll see a blue bar fill the Password Field whenever you click the Refresh Button, that's the length or time the OTP Password will be up.

Once you've done all of the above, CONGRATULATIONS for your 200 More Free Storage.

We're having issues with the host, so Ricardo is transferring to a new host. In the mean time, while the domain is propagated (from 6:40 EST til 48 hours after that), you may have to rely on any cached versions, as well as removing any host file fixes you may relied on for bumped.

By the way, this is the part that always gets me. I can't access this particular site. Do I need a VPN for it? Seems lile such a chore for just one code... Sigh.

Some ISP (exception for SEA region that is permanently banned) can't access PSO2 official website, you will need proxy/VPN to access it.

The thing is that I used to be able to access the account website just fine, is the OTP the one I can't :/

SEGA Banned IPs from SEA due to the request of Asiasoft to ban SEA IPs from JP version, so if you're ISP provider is from SEA then you'll be sure that you'll be affected by the IP ban.

You'll need to use either a Proxy or a VPN to bypass the site.

Does the OTP storage go away if you sign up for it, then cancel it?

You won't be able to store stuff into it afterward.
