Weapon Aluminum Badge?

A friend of mine got two of these (Weapon Aluminum Badge) while doing the Endless Nightmare #3 quest in the PC Version. He requested for help, so what can he do with those?

If the quest Towards the Future is available, there's a guy in front of the medical center that will trade for badges. Seven badges will result in a prize. I believe Aluminum Badges traded for a Broom.
