Gameguard Issue

For some reason gameguard just wont work... I keep getting sent to a page that says to uninstall and reinstall or run anti-virus software
I've tried this and it's still not working any advice?

Are you running the game through the PSO2 Tweaker? If you are (and you should be), you should try fixing gameguard through the troubleshooting menu in it.
