PSO on T3??

My bro owns a cyber cafe with T3 and umm i wanna play pso while im working, does anyone know if you can use T3 with a regular broadband adapter?

T3 is just the speed of the broad band connection.

You won't notice any differance over a normable broad band connection, though, since PSO is such a bandwidth game.
