Story Patch messed the client up

When I talk to an npc in-game without the story patch, it's fine. After I install it and try to talk to an npc, the game freezes up. Idk what to do, been at this for days. Would appreciate it someone could help me with the setup since i'm obviously doing something wrong :cry:

Ive been haveing the same issues and its only a few NPCs as well not all of them.
