Brightness Circle in ultimate from a Del-D w/ Oran ID? If you did can you tell me about how long it took you, and if u happen to know, what beat(approx) you found it on?

hey man i found a brightness circle with my redria character if that helps but i dont think beat time has ne thing to do with rare drops..and if it does i have a level 37 char. and a lev.125 char. and never knew lol

i think beat time does have something to do with finding rares, i think at some times, it is increased for certian id's. i need oran, but thx any way.

jesus christ. when will people realize that beats have nothing to do with rare findings?! its been disprooved time andf time again.
