Instant kills Aoe

Can any1 explain me how do these people do the instant kill aoe with any pa or techs?
This one used Sat Cannon and if you look at the minimap all mobs dissapears. : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gl4QuaJA-u4

The enemies spawn in the center before they are placed where you actually see them. You have to use a strong pa with lingering damage but only a couple actually work well in that situation (as you see in the videos).

You also have to be virtually lagless.

In any case, yeah the main key is having nigh perfect latency.
