My RAcast is at level 31 and has access to mines on hard. Do you think I should keep doing normal mines runs with him to get him an S-parts? Because so far I have NO rare armor on any of my characters (btw the RAcast is Whitill).

S-Parts is very weak, actually. It's probably not any better than a basic shield at the level you're at now. I think the S-Parts gets a bonus when worn with D-Parts (and vice-verse), but when alone it's not very good. Level 31 is a Plasma Barrier. I say just move on or look for a Secret Gear, which you'll be able to use soon.
