New mag i created

I was using a redria ranger and i was leveling up my mag. Then i created a RUKMIN mag. It's a rare mag and it is not listed here in this website. I don't really know how i crated it and i wonder if there is more rare mags that i can create without a mag cell. Its stats are (this is an estimate) DEF about 38, ATK 117, DEX 54, and MIND is about 5.

Rukmin is actually the worst rare mag because it won't cast Reverser if you die.
