Could someone plz tell me how i could make a Rati mag that has Mylla&Pylla(sp?)I tried to figure it out but i just cant.Im a Skyly Hucast

Sure...raise dex higher than power at level 50. At least, that's what it took with my Redria HuCast. You'll have to consult the mag gallery yourself to find out what you want to know.
