Are there any other weapons that comes with a specific tech/pa?

Could you use Queen Vera as a rod for fo since it has such a high t atk? (1100)

Don't really need to ask, you were already given a link to a list of such weapons in reply to your question about Queen Viera there. (turns out Crater Dart enables Ra Zan usage).

Queen Viera's T-ATK is still lower than a fair number of rods, it's more suitable for equipping when using Julius Nifta or other T-ATK PBs. Doesn't help that your tech damage is pretty low without actually using a tech class, so your Il Grants usage will be quite mediocre. It doesn't help that its potential does not boost damage in any way either.
