camera randomly swing around with very fast speed

i got busy and of this game for few months
it was fine before but now it happened

sometimes camera randomly swing make it very hard to control
i test my mouse with other games but it's still fine

any idea how to fix this ?

wait, it works with other games though?? thats weird.
When mine did that it was because I was touching and holding my screen (my laptop is a touchscreen)... I had to get a mouse because of it haha ;_; that and because I couldn't hold down and shoot on a touchpad.
