So I recently convinced one of my friends to download and play PSO2 with me, however we are having quite a bit of trouble getting the game to launch for him. We've gone through the troubleshooting tab within the tweaker multiple times trying to get it to work, however now we are simply getting this error message. Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated a great deal.
