How to get PSP on PS Vita?

Really been wanting to play this game, but i only have the vita. Anyone know how to get it on the vita via download?

I can't assure this works on all regions or if it still works, but in my case, that's what I did: I already had the game purchased digitally. I re-downloaded it on my PS3, I didn't "install it" (make it ready to transfer to a PSP), instead, I connected with a Vita, and the Vita was able to recognize the installable, and installed it into the Vita. Then I made a backub from Vita to PS3 so I always get this backup back. My consoles and account are all PAL region, so I don't really know if this works in other regions.

This only works with PAL as far as I'm aware. If you have the game as a digital download in the US or on the JP server even, it will not work.
